Basement waterproofing with watertight system SIKAPROOF. This system is full paste membrane in concrete.
SIKA brought to Greece the Sikaproof system which is an alternative for sealing underground constructions. Until now, we had watertight systems with free placement of synthetic membranes.
The Sikaproof has a different philosophy. The membrane is fully adhered to the concrete construction and becomes integral part thereof. Concreting is on the membrane. The paste is so powerful that even if punctured, for any reason, the water cannot be released and enters the building.
We had the honor to propose the SIKA us to implement the system in the first major project in Greece, which was sealed by this way.
